During this phase, we’ll be doing interviews and gathering as much helpful information as we can, including relevant roadmaps and examples of the types of solutions you’re looking for.
Once we know a bit more about your needs, we’ll provide a proposal. Proposals will vary depending on the company and the needs presented, but it could include a roadmap, samples, prototypes of learning materials, and more. The goal here is for you to have an idea of what we’re presenting as solutions and to provide an opportunity for you to present any feedback.
Before delivering a final solution, we want to give you opportunities to make sure we’re delivering on the vision presented. The length of this phase is largely dependent on how urgent the needs are, the scope of the work, and how many revisions are requested.
This is where all the prior work pays off. We’ll provide a targeted suite of solutions designed to fulfill your specific needs, increase learning retention, and directly impact long-term behavior in your organization or team. If desired, we offer retainer services where we can provide continued support and materials as negotiated.
